How do I return an item?
Refunds & Returns
If your product is damaged in shipping, you will need to submit a claim to the USPS. All our packages are insured so keep your receipt and the packaging it came in to make the claim. We do not make claims for customers.
If you are dissatisfied with the product, you need to return it to us for a refund within one week of pick-up or receipt.
All CUSTOM orders (ie-cut out cookies or cakes we specifically design and or make at your request) require a 50% deposit which is non-refundable.
