The perfect yule log. It not only looks beautiful and can be used as a centerpiece for the holidays but it tastes great too.
We started with a chocolate roll and added raspberry filling. We then iced it with our popular chocolate buttercream frosting.
Our cake decorators then took over to sculpt it into the popular yule log and add the decorations. Definitely a team effort by all the staff.
