HOW LONG DOES YOUR COOKIES STAY FRESH?

a) Aside from the preservatives which are already in the baking ingredients, we do not add any. Therefore, we suggest that if you are not using our pastry within a day of receipt, you freeze them in their original packaging until shortly before use.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER READY?

a) Normally, we can have your order ready for shipping in 1-2 business days. It may take up to 3 business days in the month of December because of the volume of orders coming in.
WHAT SHIPPING DO YOU HAVE AVAILABLE AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP?

a) We use the USPS priority shipping which takes 2-3 days to arrive. Some orders have arrived in 1 day. Keep in mind that if it is snowing in our location or your state and the planes are down, your product will be delayed. We cannot guarantee an exact arrival day or predict the weather conditions so it is best to order early and freeze your pastry until use.

DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM ICED SUGAR COOKIES?

a) Yes, we are noted for the many custom shapes we create. We price the cookies according to the size of the cookie and the detailing needed to finish it. We can place up to 7 letters on a cookie and we charge by the letter.

I am an out of state bride and will be having my wedding in your area. Can I book my wedding without meeting with you?

a) Yes, you can. We do this quite frequently and have several awards for service to our brides. We know how busy brides can be so you can e-mail us pictures of wedding cake designs (no more than 4 please) or let us know what cakes you like from our website. We will work with you to get the right size etc. Then if you are in town, simply call ahead and get some cake and filling samples to go. We make all the arrangements with the halls.

Does Linda's Kitchen deliver?

a) We currently deliver within 60 minute radius from our shop and the delivery charge is prorated by the distance we travel. For small orders, it is cheaper to have something shipped than to pay for delivery.

What places does Linda's Kitchen currently deliver to?

a) We deliver to businesses, homes, schools, universities, hospitals, funeral homes, nursing homes, restaurants and many more. We always call ahead to make sure there is someone there to accept the delivery.
