Fun With Iced Cut Outs

By customer request we have our first all iced cut out decorating class. You will be able to come in and roll, bake and decorate 10 dozen cookies in your choice of shapes - from Fall to Halloween to Thanksgiving to Christmas. It's your choice whatever way you would like to create your 10 dozen.

This class is for advanced decorators who have been doing this for awhile. You can put as much or as little detail into your cookies but keep in mind the class ends promptly at 8:30.

When signed up for our class you will receive 20% off cake decorating and bakeware supplies during the duration of the class.

Bake It/Take It 2011.

Come have a fun filled, stress free day making holiday cookies and learning new baking tips. Leave with recipes and approximately 20 dozen cookies for the half day class and 40 dozen cookies for the full day class. All are packaged to stay fresh throughout the holiday season - simply take home and put in your freezer.
*Be sure to wear cool, comfortable clothing and tennis shoes (no open shoes for safety).
*Dinner and beverages will be provided for your refreshment.
*Feel free to bring a camera to take pictures of you and your friends having fun.
*Come early to shop and get 20% off all retail and bakery items that day only.

Cookies for the class are - iced cut outs, snowball, chocolate crinkles, double chocolate, thumbprint, wedding, snickerdoodle, and pecan tassies (new for this year).

Family Bake it Take It!

Fun With Chocolate

Judy Pierce will teach about the different types of chocolate, and the proper way to melt and store chocolate. In addition you will have fun learning how to use chocolate molds, make suckers, dip treats such as strawberries, pretzel, popcorn etc. You will also learn how to make nut and raisin cups and cluster, chocolate lace hearts, and decorative swirls and letters. You'll enjoy sampling some of Judy's creations and leave with lots of ideas. When signed up for our class, you receive 20% off cake decorating and bakeware supplies during the duration of the class. Note: You won't need to bring any materials to class, this is a demo only class. Minimum of 4 people to hold the class with a maximum of 8 people.

Fall Pastry Classes

*Learn how to make a traditional pie crust and your very own apple or cherry pie.

*Learn how to make a pumpkin roll. One of our most popular holiday pastry items, which is great year round. Receive the recipes for both and take home your delicious pie and pumpkin roll.

*Both items are freezable so enjoy them right away or save them for the holidays.

*You'll be proud to tell your guests "I made it myself."

You receive 20% off all in stock pastry or retail baking equipment items the day of your class. This is a great time to stock up on cookie cutters and decorating supplies.
