Fun With Chocolate
Judy Pierce will teach about the different types of chocolate, and the proper way to melt and store chocolate. In addition you will have fun learning how to use chocolate molds, make suckers, dip treats such as strawberries, pretzel, popcorn etc.
You will also learn how to make nut and raisin cups and cluster, chocolate lace hearts,
and decorative swirls and letters.
You’ll enjoy sampling some of Judy’s creations and leave with lots of ideas.
When signed up for our class, you receive 20% off cake decorating and bakeware supplies during the duration of the class.
Note: You won’t need to bring any materials to class – this is a demo only class. Minimum of 4 people to hold the class with a maximum of 8 people.

Come have a fun filled, stress free day making Easter cookies, learning new baking tips and having dinner provided by my staff. Leave with recipes and approximately 16 dozen cookies all packaged to stay fresh – simply take home and put in your freezer.
You will be making 8 different kinds of cookies – 2 dozen of each. They are: Easter cut outs (cross, lamb, bunny, chic, egg), peanut butter blossoms, snowballs, chocolate crinkles, kifli (3 flavors), wedding cookies with pastel filling, frosted scotch shortbread, and pecan tassies.
Come early to shop and get 20% off all retail and bakery items purchased and taken with you that day. Check out our new selection of cookie cutters.
Be sure to wear cool, comfortable clothing and shoes (no open shoes or sandals for safety). You may bring a camera.
Minimum of 4 people to hold class.
Space is limited (10 people per session) so all sessions will be filled on a first come-first serve basis.
You must be at least 14 years old to attend this class.
Payment is due in full upon receipt of registration and is non-refundable.

In this hands-on class you will have the opportunity to roll out, fill and
successfully bake your own nut roll. You’ll make and ice 2 dozen of our popular
iced cutout cookies of various spring and Easter shapes. You’ll also make 2 dozen
cream puffs and fill with a variety of fillings! In addition to the pastries, you’ll take
home all three recipes!
Be sure to wear comfortable clothing and shoes (no open shoes or sandals for safety).
